The shipping box was undamaged but the funko looks like it was from a used thrift store/garage sale. I immediately emailed the day it was received it and simply asked for an exchange, if not an exchange then a full refund, no response. I emailed a 2nd time again no response. Giving the benefit of doubt, I waited and after 10 days still no response. Managing the merchandise to ship an “autographed” item this damaged, is mind boggling and disappointing. Visible Damaged: “Scratches (on view window), secondhand Barcode sticker (on bottom) very poorly partially removed and Box dents/scruffs” Whomever shipped this, there’s no way they didn’t notice these issues before boxing it up. 2/10/25 Edited: Now up to 2 stars - delayed response after 3 weeks, I was informed it’s sold as is, however It was thought they were new. I did receive a full refund…Thank you!
