Tight and not as cushiony

I have many visors from Headsweats but the recent ones I purchased are very tight and seem to have less of the sweatband material. Also, it would be nice if they would not put the label where your forehead is...it leaves a mark on my forehead.

Made my head hurt

I own 6 visors and love them. For whatever reason, the new elastic on the visors are really tight (and I have a small head) and give me a headache. Trying to figure out a way to stretch it out!

Poor fit

Basically is just too tight to wear. One size fits all is not true.
