Great with one exception

I'll admit that this is somewhat biased since I own several Miir products and love them all. The lowball is great. It fit my large ice cube no problem, which has been a problem with some old fashioned glasses (glass/crystal) that I've purchased before. I poured my first first whiskey as a night cap, but was a little heavy handed. It kept my Monkey Shoulder cold the entire time I drank it. It was great, but was left with some given my big pour. I put the glass in the fridge and my wife said the cube was still there in the morning! That is awesome. I also like the weight of the glass, which is on the heavier side. The only downside is that my glass did get perspiration on the outside, which I thought was very odd since none of the other Miir cups/wine glasses I have ever did that. Maybe mine was a bit defective? Maybe the support team can let me know.
