Ilia lipsticks and balms are my favorites...I need nothing else. I'm 70-something and no longer wear much but a lip balm or a lipstick gives me a little bit of color and shows that I gave a little bit of effort...that I still care.

The color is wonderful. without being too dark for my paleness. Although I stay hydrated, my lips quickly become dry and I tried it straight- on and found a better outcome when I applied a moisture coat first...I use Lip Doctor before I apply this color and it works well. Ilia lipsticks are wonderful....my favorite brand. I am in my 70s and have worn many brands. I have soft, mauvy Memoir (matte delivery and Wild Rose in a creamier delivery that does not need Lip Doctor before I wear it. I have salt and pepper hair and pinky-white complexion.
