Missing item and another that did not resemble the photo

I received my order, but one item was missing. A black hinged hoop. Another item, the hoop earrings fit the description on the website, but the image did not match what I received. All other items looked good, fit fine, but I’m disappointed that one of my nose rings wasn’t packaged.
