INVINCIBLE COMPLETE LIBRARY HC VOL 3 (New printing, slipcase matches, not spine)

I think there needs to be a better way of communicating to the customer that things are on backorder because I had no idea that three of my books were on backorder until I had emailed and talked to someone personally then when receiving my first package, it arrived with one book damaged and then when I finally got the second package two weeks after ordering, all three of those books were damaged I understand it is a little bit on the customer to pick how they want to receive their package, but I think receiving a package of a box heavily damaged before opening it and halfway opened when it arrives on your doorstep is not a good look

For first time purchasing from Panel Bound I got to say very well packaged especially the second box that shipped, that one was very well done. As for the book conditions themselves they are in great and good condition but this is me looking at it from a collector/ perfectionist. The 3 great look like new and fresh of the press the edges of the slipcases are sharp and undamaged. The 3 good have the slipcase edges looking like they got bumped or maybe thats how they were originally since its uniform across. The corners of all the slipcases are good not to be badly damaged. Overall good service, shipping is both fast and slow but nothing bad, and book conditions are optimal and great I knew not to expect collectors grade perfection but exceded my expectations for a first time purchase.

Took a little longer than i would have liked getting here. However they did come in perfect condition. I will say though panel bound needs to but bubble between books in shipping they came stack on top of each other and could have been really damaged.
