Customer Service

Hoodie was fine however I didn't realize it was so heavily fleeced lined and I wanted to return it for something less heavy. i sent an email to customer service but no one responded but continues to ask for a review. This is my review. Product is of good quality and perfect for a northern state. Unfortunately I am in florida and was looking for something lighter.
