The quality of the product was excellent, good construction and fit. Good value for money and the entire delivery experience was great. One issue is the lack of a possible refunds this was purchased outside the USA.

My order arrived perfect as always. sassy is very beautiful and Canyon stone is Wow i loved the color and the cap for perfect. The only thing is it’s so flat Im just not use to that but since it is heat friendly Im going to try to add heat to her and see if that will help.

I’m new to wigs for sure but I didn’t expect the top of the one I received to look like it fell into a bucket of tar. Luckily I have a friend who has much experience with wigs and she always looks gorgeous in the ones purchased from Wig 1. She told me about using a wide toothed comb to dig down into the permatease and pull up. I will have her help me but she said I probably won’t be able to return it. I’ll continue to learn.
