Oh, yes! Cafe-style frothed milk!

Takes a little getting used to .. using on induction hob: on-off pulsing adds extra to get right. But, improving with each coffee and even the flubbed ones are better than my pre-Bellman steamer efforts. IMO overheating the milk is the number one thing to avoid as it ruins the flavour. With my current level of incompetence, too thick or too thin froth are just an enjoyable part of learning the art of Bellman steaming.

I did wonder if having a really good quality jug would help make a better cup of coffee- it does! Pours beautifully and makes a very professional looking latte. It’s a really nice weight in your hand. It arrived very promptly.
