Excellent customer service

Ordered two 150 watt panels with hardware. They arrived on time. When I unpackaged the first panel, I thought, “wow, this is packaged really well”. But I spoke too soon. Upon taking the other panel out, I noticed it was shattered. Not the fault of the manufacturer or Off Grid, but rather a delivery problem. I notified customer service, sent pictures and in 3 days I had a new panel. They both were great and the hardware is solid. I would purchase again from Off Grid stores.
