Very unhappy customer

I purchased this ring for my daughters Christmas present and although it did arrive fast, it was way too small. I attempted to email Mocha (email is only option to get in contact with them) to ask how I return the ring for a larger one and I heard nothing. It has now been two weeks since I attempted to contact them and still they haven't returned my email. I would not recommend purchasing from Mocha...I am now stuck with this far too small ring.
