The first fathead that was delivered was damaged during shipping and it was so easy to request a replacement. The customer service person was helpful and quickly processed a replacement! Can’t wait to surprise our kiddo at graduation!

Love it! Thought I was getting something else but this is ok and will work

I got a fathead for my friends daughters graduation. I ordered the grad one because I believed there was going to be a graduation cap on it: I approved the proof that didn’t have one on. I assume fit was to cover the subjects basic shape and look. When arrived it didn’t have the grad cap on it. That’s ok it’ll work anyway and I don’t have time to resubmit and wait for a new one
