Disappointed

I bought 2 - one for us, one for a friend. The hole in the hands of one boy is far too big to hold the staff. The other is fine. Seems a failure of Ostheimer quality control to me but CC said “they can vary sometimes”! They did offer a refund if I wanted to return it.
