Lemon Crème Filled Cupcakes

Delicious!

I love this product! I am not a huge frosting or cream person so this was perfect. I was expecting more of a lemon curd filling in the middle, which wasn’t as present as I had hoped. But it was delicious. Very fluffy and true flavor. I would give it 4.5 out if 5 stars but given that is not an option I put four out of five. If you guys could add more filling in the middle that would make it 100% five out of five stars. But overall an amazing and delicious product!

These are amazing cupcakes! I had one at my daughter’s house. She & her daughter have celiac, along with myself. My granddaughter and I also require dairy free diets, so it’s a bit challenging to find good flavor and texture…these provide both! Thank you
