Step 1 - Dip Powder Pro Base Coat

I have to say I am very disappointed with Revel. I have been dipping since 2019 and have been a loyal Revel customer. I bought a bottle of step one a couple months ago and it was very think and stringy immediately after opening. I was able to use it and figured it was a one time thing. I ordered another step one about a month ago and it was so thin. I used it once and my nails were so thin and a few chipped within a day or two. I ordered another bottle that same week because this one was unusable. Much to my dismay the new one I ordered is the same, very thin. I did reach out to customer service and I haven’t received a response and it has been four business days. As I said I have been successfully dipping with Revel since 2019. I am very familiar with the steps and how to care for the liquids. I have never had an issue like this before and if it continues I will need to move on to another brand.

Revel is the best! I've been using Revel for several years now and love all their products! The base coat goes on smooth and is easy to use. I'll continue to use and recommend it to others.

I been used thi product for about 3 years and I just load into my rest of the dip powder collection. Love it.
