Misleading directions in pattern

Row 4 in the directions for the Front piece states you are to decrease at 3 points. Right after that row, the directions state to Repeat last 4 rows (which includes the row with the decrease.) However, the instructions fail to advise you NOT to decrease every time you repeat Row 4 in the ongoing repetitions. I kept decreasing, and it wasn't until I reached the instructions for the neck edge that I realized my rows were now way too short. I had to rip out everything I had done back to the original few rows. VERY FRUSTRATING!
