I use this warm black numerous times a week. The consistency is perfect and not runny like many eyeliner pigments. The color yields a nice soft black, dark brown and covers evenly. Buy 2 of these, I promise you will love it!

Like Permablend this is easy to use. The wateriness makes it a little Messy at cleanup but gives lovely results.
