I love the color and goes on smoothly. I just thought a stamping plate was included, but it isnt

Needs direct light to look like the pic

In ordinary lighting, this looks more like a graphite gray. To get that linear holo effect, it does require a direct light source. When the light hits just right, it's quite beautiful.
