Felt let down , items arrived 3 weeks after order and a day after I had gone on holiday for two weeks, they had to be signed for so the parcel was kept at my local post office until I got back. The web site said allow 1 week for picking so I expected a 10 day turn around - which meant I'd get them before holiday. A lot of the needles had fallen off the sprigs by the time I received them. I did email chasing what was happening and informing of my holiday but got no response.
