Pre-Swim Hair Defense

This product is so great! I am a competitive swimmer in college and I wish I knew about this product sooner! I apply this product with my hair wet before I swim to make sure my hair is protected. It does not make my sillicone caps fall off (which is super helpful) but its hydrating enough to make my hair soft, nourishing and not fried after my shower! I highly recommend 🏊‍♀️

Didnt really work. It doesnt make my hair feel any different, smells odd, and, as far as i can tell, doesnt imporve my hair health.

Best product ever and i swim about 4x week. I also have highlights in my hair and this product prevents my hair turning green or damage
