Used this seasoning package on my Walden Local lamb kabobs and just wow. Left it in the marinade for about 30 hours. Brought me right back to the tavernas in Greece with the tasty and perfectly seasoned souvlaki. Use this seasoning if you want to make souvlaki the right way!
