As I had hoped from reading the product description, the mat is perfect for yoga classes - especially more sweaty ones. Grip is 10/10 and it has a beautiful pattern

So beautiful I almost don't want to stand on it in case I get it dirty LOL. I have been eyeing off this mat for a while, worth saving up my $$$ for. It's not too thick either which makes it great for carting around to all my classes. Love it!
