Broken Item and Two Weeks + of Being Ignored

I received a broken item and contacted the company the same day to report it. Unfortunately, I received no response. It has now been two weeks and several follow-up phone calls later. Each time I’m told that someone will call or email me back, but that has never happened. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing. A simple response or update would have resolved the situation quickly, but instead I’ve been left chasing for help with no progress. I hope the company addresses this and improves their customer support, because at the moment it feels completely non-existent.
