Item received damaged. Item was sent to an alternate address as was not given a timeframe of when item would be shipped when making online purchase and uncertain if would be home for arrival. As item went to someone else's house and then they were admitted to hospital item was not unwrapped/inspected until 9 days after receiving. Unfortunately their 7 day inspection policy is not waivered for any circumstances which meant I'm left with a damaged table, as the freight cost for me on the Gold Coast to send back to Victoria is not worth the refund/credit they were prepared to offer, plus then new freight again to have another item sent. Very disappointed as previously have loved shopping here.
