Double Shot Espresso

Great flavor

I use these as a way to keep from eating and they do the trick nicely without the harmful effects of nicotine. Caffeine doesn't really do much for me in any form so I can't really speak to that. But the flavor is great and it lasts a good while. These break the boredom of driving or sitting on the couch and keeps me from stuffing chips in my face. Lol.

Espresso

I like the Grinds D S Espresso. It's made with clean ingredients and all natural. It's a quick and easy way to get a boost.

The flavor is really good, and it's about the right amount of caffeine and it last about 30 minutes. So that is a good about of time to me.
