No instructions??

The products (support wire and fixtures) looks like what I need to support my festoon lights and good quality. But I have zero idea on how to use the range of fixtures in the packet? So i haven’t been able to install. I’m pretty good on handy work and so is my husband. But we don’t know how we secure the line safely. Please send instructions!
