Fitness Plus Punch Shield

Definitely needed a punch shield to practice uppercuts and hooks, and this one does the job well. I was surprised that it was lighter than expected, but it still works phenomenally and absorbs punches really well. I’ll probably upgrade to something heavier in the future, but for now this punch shield is great for training.
