SMARTLINER Floor Liners for 2022-2026 Kia Carnival (Non-Hybrid Models)

Only one complaint

I bought this one because it acutally covered the area between the seat and the door unlike other brands. My only complaint is that so far it hasn't settled completely and when I slide the seat forward it catches. Hoping this changes when it gets warmer and the liner settles a little more.

Great Protection

I like the Smartliner mats better than any other company. They fit well, hold up well, and look better in my opinion.

Poor customer service

The product descriptions on the website are misleading and incomplete. I apparently interpreted them the “wrong” way which resulted in my ordering a second set of front row liners I don’t need. When I discussed this with customer service they just sent pictures from the website with arrows to the “answer” as to why I was wrong and repeated the product description and return policy back to me. All I asked was paid shipping to return the erroneous liners I bought due to their poor product description. I was offered a $15 return label instead. The liners themselves fit my new car fine and will do the job, but customer service and website could be improved.
