the skates came with the wrong trucks, they were pink Fuchsia, I want the purple to match the wheels, so I called and Nathan said he would send me the purple trucks when they come in on the truck in 7 days, to just skate on the ones I have and he will ship the tool to change them as well. Simple enough, yes these are expensive skates however the quality and the way they skate are worth every penny!! No regrests, I love them and will be selling my VNLA Jrs. 🙂
