I have had very little support from exchanges with customer service other than thanks for your patience. I spent 140$ and have not received. I was told to go to aus post. I feel company should have an idea where my pkg is. This was a Christmas gift, as I said I don’t have!!

Bought these for our new hotel. The response has been great and guests are definitely using them which is always a good sign. They wash well which is also pleasing.
