The item mounted different than the original unit. But once I figured out a location to mount it, I put unit back together and the unit began working again. The item was the correct unit.

No complaints

I ordered it and received it without issue. My only complaint would be the shipping costs, but that's just part of ordering online. The part arrived in great condition. My AC is working just fine, so the part works. I also appreciate that the seller provided explanation (and picture) of how to hook it up since the original parts I was wanting were discontinued and this one looked a little different from my original part.
