Recently I bought a pair of Bowtie & Arrow braces (suspenders?).. They looked good and they were very comfortable so I was upset to find a loose screw had worked out of one of the clamps and was lost. Of course a warning came with the braces advising me to tighten the screws and I was even supplied with a tool to do it but had neglected this important step. I flashed off an email in the hope that B & A might be able to send me a replacement and was overjoyed to receive two new screws in the post, free of charge, a couple of days later. The product is very good. However, there was a white mark (like paint) on the item which spoils the appearance.
