Wonderful discovery
I had read about dry scallops but never been able to buy them. They are ever so much better than the usual wet ones that supermarkets sell, meaty and flavorful. I've never been a fan of home-cooked scallops before, but now I have a handful of new recipes to try!

Excellent quality
Excellent. Just make sure you thoroughly rinse to get any remaining grit out.
Ate them 2 ways, seared one night over risotto, then the next night was scallop crudo. So delicate and buttery, with great flavor. I think I actually liked the raw application the best!

Svenfish is the best fish market.
I found Svenfish on the Internet and I'm so happy I did. I bought fish chowder which was delicious and chock full of everything. I bought two packages of scallops which were the best I have ever had and eaten. I cooked them like Gordon Ramsey would and they came out awesome; we had company over for dinner and they couldn't get enough of them and neither could we. We were sorry they ate so many; however, we finished them up the next day and they were just as good if not better. I love having Svenfish as my fish market; they are the best. Their market is so clean, the customer service is the best.
