I have these in a few colors, this is my first mint and I am not disappointed! I'm on the edge sizing wise being a 12/14 so I can really do either of them. I don't like tight so go with the 16-22 as it's still smoothing without being as tight. I fit fine in a 0-14 (and it's really not all that tight) so it's really just personal preference for me.
