Replacement Roof Pole - Grouse V+

I love small business

I broke one of my roof support poles for my GrouseV+ blind. When I sent an email to try and order a replacement set I was advised that they did not have any in stock and that it may take a little time to manufacture more and that I should check with them later. Knowing that Tragopan is a small business I totally understand that this can happen and that it was not a hardship to have to wait until they made new ones. A little while later I got an email from Tragopan saying the replacement poles were in stock and could be ordered. This high level of customer service is only given by a small business that is proud of the products they make and wants their customers to know they are appreciated. This would never happen with a large faceless corporation.
