Great Shirt, delayed delivery

Really happy with the print design and the quality of the shirt. I understand this is printed to order. I was happy to wait, but when the quoted number of days had passed, plus another week, and I had not received dispatch notification, I sent an email to find out what was going on. I received a reply that it was being actioned right then. The delivery then occurred very quickly, but it was disappointing to have to prompt that to happen.
