Pants ripped but customer service is lit

Pant seam on waistband started ripping about 4 weeks into wearing this gi twice per week. Very quick to start seeing problems. BUT I reached out to FUJI to request a refund for the pants only and they automatically shipped a brand new gi. Great customer service. Several others in my gym wear this gi and haven't had issues.
