Broken Expectations
I have really enjoyed the high quality of every Gentile product that I have purchased and was disappointed that at least one third of the Grissini were broken. It was certainly from packaging at Gentile because the care that Ditalia takes in wrapping each item is amazing. For $11.00 per box, I expected better. Also, who wants to serve broken bread sticks to their guests?
