After installing the light fixture and making adjustments, it was determined that the glass bell was not level and was causing the fixture to hang crooked. Urbane Ambiance responded quickly to my request for help by sending a replacement glass bell. The replacement shade resolved the issue and the fixture hangs straight and is a beautiful enhancement to our kitchen dining room. Thank you UA for your excellent customer service!
