30 mm of pressing BLISS! I'm a competitive powerlifter with many records, bench being my specialty. I bench 4x a week and 1rm is twice bodyweight now after 8+ years. In competition we pause on the chest and practicing pauses with volume can irritate my chest so I use my squat bar on occasion. It's 32mm and I can't get a great grip on it but it's better than 300+ lb of 29mm pressing into me. If only I knew about this bar sooner! Enter the Texas Power Bar 30mm Bench Press Bar!
