Would definitely maybe buy from again
Overall experience w/the one I received has been good. Quality finish, hooks, attention to detail, retrieves well…for a $8/9.99 plug not for $19. Ordered multiple colors obv but website showing in stock was incorrect & only had 1 in stock so nothing too compare with. However, they were proactive which is a breath of fresh air in customer service to notify, explain the situation, go from the problem to the solution to ensure you are happy with your experience. Before I even got a chance to read my emails, they had sent 1 detailing how they were handling it, no excuses, apologized 1 time, already processed refund for ones not in stock as well as the shipping and handling for all of them including the one they did send. No excuses mumbo jumbo like so many tackle outlets are notoriously bad at. Not calling names but if you’ve purchased tackle online you know the companies alluding to.
