Actually respond to your customer base and actually fix the controllers at everything I went through being ignored for months the controller starting to do the same exact thing not even a month and a half later

The timeliness of the entire process seems to on one hand exclaim that it is advantageous to pay for the expedited service, which , I did. However, I show that you received the controllers 3 weeks ago, yet I get an email saying you just opened them, and that the services I asked for will require multiple weeks for you to accomplish. I am disappointed in what I am seeing so far. This is the second chance that I have given you, as the first went the exact same way...months went by with no communication... I paid extra for fast service, but am doubtful that was money well spent. Prove me wrong.

This repair service took like 5 months. I received basically nothing as far as updates or really any communication at all. I expect when I've paid $300 for a controller and then another $100 for a repair that I can get an email update every now and then. I had to resort to comment spamming on social media posts to actually get a response. This is all in addition to the fact that the original purchase of this controller also took an absurd amount of extra time. I happened to be deployed overseas so it didn't matter as much, but it was still ridiculous and all that was done to make up for it was an extra braided USB cable... I have used cinch controllers for nearly 10 years but I will not be purchasing another one.
