At first, I wasn't sure if these would taste any better than the ones I get at the supermarket... I was wrong! I think their texture is better too! They come in convenient squares so you dont have to fight separating/cutting them up when you only want 1-2 portion sizes. I found that 1 square is good for two people (japchae, adding to tteokbokki, etc) but you can also use 1 square to make a very generous one size portion depending on how much you are wanting to eat. Liked everything about these and recommend them!

These glass noodles are separated and shaped into individual squares to get the right serving. Tastes delicious with the perfect chewy consistency.

Outstanding

Ditto what Sarah said - these are a "game changer." We've never used actual sweet potato noodles, we always used mung bean since that's what was available but I found KimC on the web and thought we'd give them a try - just out of this world. I made a double batch of Japchae and it was gone in a couple of days - everyone was eating it all day long. I'm online now ordering #5 more 'cause we can't possibly go back to mung bean.
