Sizing problems

I really wanted to like this set, but the sizing didn't work for me and I had to size up to relative to the size chart. I originally ordered size S but found the cup size too small as a 32C/D, so I exchanged for M. However, when I received the size M bra, I found that although the cup fit, the band didn't lie flat on me and bunches up in a strange way. I'm a bit disappointed given how expensive this set is. It is quite pretty-- I just wish it fit properly.
