These strings are custom designed for a small Outdoor brand guitar. My first set of strings lasted a few months. After restringing, I contacted the manufacturer about the appearance of the low e string. Customer service replied promptly and professionally, and offered to replace the item if I had a concern. It was great to be treated with respect, even if my question was about a low priced disposable item
