We just finished new construction and ordered several rugs for the whole house. After tweaking placement two needed to be returned. No problem. I had kept a couple of boxes, pre-paid labels were printed and to Fedex they went. Great selection, great customer service, great response to emails and chat. Beautiful rugs. We took advantage of Jonathan Adler’s collaboration!

Love the rug but don't love the separate rug base; should've opted for the one-piece rug.

This was our first Ruggable purchase. Our dining room has black floors, so we wanted to lighten up the room a bit. Figuring out the padding and laying the top down square and smoothing it out for a 9x12 took some time. Once we had it all laid out and looked at it, we were stunned. This is a gorgeous rug. If you're on the fence, just buy it. We've since purchased two other rugs to go in our kitchen and upstairs landing.
