Its not helping as stated, also the color of capsules is light which indicates not real pumpin seed oil, i wont buy again

Large pills but go down easily. Haven’t used for long yet to state if it’s helping with hair growth. I haven’t detected any aftertaste like youd get from fish oil pills.
