Order changes still pending.

I needed a change of order, it has taken far longer than I would have liked. I was promised the order would be changed yesterday, I am still waiting. My business is suffering.

I've been unable to install the product. Customer service have informed me that I am unable to have a refund. This is disappointing, as it money down the drain for me. I've paid for a professional to look at my my PC and he was unable to install the product as well, more expense. So all in all quite upsetting.
