Black Stallion BSX Extreme Welders Gearpack-Discontinued

Very disappointed the backpack came with a defective part and when I notified them they asked for additional photos which I supplied and then never heard from them again. It’s been over two weeks and I think I may just have to try and get it fixed locally as it was a gift for Christmas. Very very disappointed in the customer service received.
