UPDATE: After more back and forth, Only Crits agrees to refund my ‘faster shipping’ fee and shipped another set to replace the one that is (still) in the same place, while thee USPS awaits its arrival. The replacement set showed up in our mailbox about a week after it was shipped. I don’t think I’d buy from them again. But I do applaud them for making things right. —————————- So stinkin’ frustrated! Would give a ZERO STAR rating if possible. Never got the product! Was due 10/20. I even paid for faster shipping. It’s now a week and a half past the delivery date and all the company wants to do about it is “give it more time…Covid…shipping can take a bit longer.” They have my money. I’d like the product. That’s not too much to ask, is it? I will edit or repost this if/when product arrives.
